The Mac 92 series is one of our most popular units at SKEANS, this is a 4-way spool valve pilot operated by a small direct 4-way solenoid valve - a unique design in the air valve world.  The 4-way pilot means a low minimum operating pressure - no pistons - and minimal resistance in shifting. The balanced design in the pilot means that shifting forces are consistently high and response times are repeatable regardless of inlet pressure fluctuations.

MAC MULTI-PRESSURE PACK (MPP)

The multi-pressure pack was designed for applications requiring multiple pressures which can be selected electrically through low powered AC or DC solenoids.   The selected pilot pressure is directed to a pilot operated sandwich pressure regulator.  The sandwich pressure regulator amplifies the flow of this pre-selected pressure.

The MAC 34 series is a popular example offering a number of benefits.  The small 2 & 3 way valve is operated by a short stroke direct operated poppet valve, no small pistons and no minimum operating pressure allow large shifting forces.  Every valve is calibrated for flow for a given wattage.  The valve is also available in different mounting configurations including a low profile bar manifold.  Inlet and exhaust isolation is available upon request.  This valve is available with #10-32 or M5 ports, Cv up to 0.083 and can be operated within a range from vacuum to 120 PSI.

This 4 way valve can be operated by direct solenoid or remote air.   Mounting configurations include individual in-line, individual base mounted, stacking body and manifold base mounted with optional pressure regulators and circuit bar.   This valve is available with #10-32, 1/2" and M5 ports, Cv up to 0.18 and can be operated within a pressure range from vacuum to 120 PSI.

The Bullet Valve®  represents yet another evolution in valve technology from MAC using lifting solenoid technology. The MAC lifting configuration is unique however in that the valve maintains a balanced design - a signature feature of a MAC Valve - shifting forces are consistently high and response times are repeatable regardless of inlet pressure fluctuations 2 & 3 way configurations are available

FOUR-WAY, 3 position Air and Hydraulic Valves

The standard four-way valve has two cycles of operation and is generally used to actuate double acting cylinders.  The construction and materials are identical to the three-way valve.  Both three and four-way hand operated air valves, 3/4" pipe size and larger, are fitting with grease cups to lubricate lapped surfaces.

FOUR-WAY, 2 position, Short Throw

This valve had no neutral and is available with a total lever throw of 45d in the 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" pipe sizes.  It is available with a total lever throw of 60d in the 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" pipe sizes.  It is dimensionally identical with the standard four-way valve and identified by 2/P stamped on the spindle end
