MAC VALVES

Mac Valve's purpose is to provide air valves which meet the changing requirements of the industry by continually advancing air valve technology through design. Choose from a wide variety of small and large 3-way and 4-way valves, proportional pressure controllers (PPC), multi-pressure packs, weld packs, serial interface and more. Mac Valves have extremely fast response times, long and reliable service life and high flow, all at a reasonable cost.

Use the Mac PPC to automatically change the pressure ability of a valve by changing the supply voltage. The PPC is available in digital or analog with a number of command signal, command types and electrical connectors.

MAC PROPORTIONAL PRESSURE CONTROLLER (PPC)

MAC MULTI-PRESSURE PACK (MPP)

The multi-pressure pack was designed for applications requiring multiple pressures which can be selected electrically through low powered AC or DC solenoids. The selected pilot pressure is directed to a pilot operated sandwich pressure regulator. The sandwich pressure regulator amplifies the flow of this pre-selected pressure.

The MAC 34 series offers a number of benefits. The small 2 & 3 way valve is operated by a short stroke direct operated poppet valve, no small pistons and no minimum operating pressure allow large shifting forces. Every valve is calibrated for flow for a given wattage. The valve is also available in different mounting configurations including a low profile bar manifold. Inlet and exhaust isolation is available upon request. This valve is available with #10-32 or M5 ports, Cv up to 0.083 and can be operated within a range from vacuum to 120 PSI.

MAC 34 SERIES

MAC 45 SERIES

This 4 way valve can be operated by direct solenoid or remote air. Mounting configurations include individual in-line, individual base mounted, stacking body and manifold base mounted with optional pressure regulators and circuit bar. This valve is available with #10-32, 1/2" and M5 ports, Cv up to 0.18 and can be operated within a pressure range from vacuum to 120 PSI.
