 PORTABLE COMPRESSOR ROOM DESIGNS

Shown here was an opportunity to provide our customers with innovative new portable Compressor Room Design options.  These engineered applications for use in BC and Alaska both consisted of Rotary Screw Air Compressor and Dryer options designed and built in such a manner as to accommodate easy relocation in the future should the need arise.

Design #1

Our first project in Northern British Columbia consisted of not only a Compressor, Air Receiver and Dryer but also an entire portable structural building complete with R12 insulation, turnkey electrical package including power, lighting, heat and ventilation.  The building was designed with 3/4" lifting eyes so as to be easily mobile if and when required.

Design # 2

Our second project, completed just weeks later for use in Alaska, was a more basic application design with less 'bells and whistles' but ultimately will provide a very similar end result for the customers application needs.  This application as you can see by the picture, is not housed as the first one above, however, here we still provide a mounted Rotary Screw Air Compressor with Air Receiver and a vertically mounted small Twin Tower Desiccant Air Dryer mounted to a skid which can easily be moved as a single piece with a forklift.

TRANSAIR PIPING SYSTEM

The following system was custom designed and installed @ Kal-Tire in Kelowna, BC using our integrated push to connect Transair Air piping system.  This system is customizable to fit throughout your buildings infrastructure as well as is easily expandable to accommodate further drops and extensions as necessary.  The BLUE extrusions are the Transair distribution piping.  These sections are connected with push to connect fittings with no welding, sweating, or heating of any kind.  The aluminum is easily cut with supplied custom hand tools and every system is 100% air tight.
