Skeans Compressor Service team specialize in proving 24 hour high quality parts and service to all our own brands of compressor room products, as well as many of our competitors products. Gardner Denver, QNW, Mattei, Airtek, Xebec, Zander, Domnick Hunter these are names you expect from Skeans, but Sullair, Atlas Copco, Compair, Curtis, Lawrenco and Ingersoll Rand are just some of the other brands that our experienced service technicians can quickly and efficiently service and repair.

Skeans offers 24 hour on site repair and offsite overhaul if your machine warrants that kind of attention. We can offer supervision and manpower for complete tear down and re-assembly and equipment start up.

Whether it's a machine breakdown, warranty failure, or preventative maintenance; Skeans can respond to your needs. We can even tailor a program to forecast and automate your service needs to streamline your maintenance to minimize downtime and operational costs.

OUR SERVICES:

Standard and customized preventative maintenance programs:

• Annual site visits to provide an 8000hr service to the compressor room equipment with a written service report (left on-site with the customer) including service recommendations
• Semi-Annual to quarterly site visits that follows the recommended OEM equipment standards (1000hr and 2000hr service intervals)
• Customized service programs such as Skeans provides all lubricants and parts on an annual contact
• Contact Skeans for a 'fixed' monthly payment program when setting up a full maintenance package

24/7 Trouble Shooting service and offsite rebuilds:

• Talk to a factory trained service technician day or night, weekend or holidays, to help get you out of a break-down situation
• Skeans will rebuild and service in a timely and professional manner to accommodate your busy schedule
• With scheduling, we can rebuild equipment around the clock to prevent "more" downtime and "costly" rental fees

Compressor (piston, screw, and vane) dryer (desiccant and refrigeration) Airend rebuilds and control updates:

• Skeans rebuilds all makes and models of air compressors and dryers
• Complete Airend rebuilds on all makes and models. Airends rebuilt to factory standards and specifications
• Update control packages on compressors and dryers to take advantage of optimized operation and reductions in energy costs.

Extended Warranty:

• All of Skeans new equipment come complete with factory standard and extended warranty packages.
• 5 year extended warranty on all Gardner Denver rotary screw compressors and dryers
• 10 year warranty on all Mattei rotary vane compressors
• All on-site/off-site compressor, dryer, airend rebuilds yield a 90 day warranty. Full 1 year extended warranty provided on airend rebuilds that are commissioned by a Skeans technician upon start-up

Oil Analysis and dew-point desiccant testing:

• Skeans offers FREE oil analysis testing when purchasing your compressor oil through us. Oil analysis can tell us a great deal about what is happening in your compressor and prevents unscheduled downtime (we provide sample bottles and labeling instructions)
• Oil analysis packages available for all other compressor oil types; charges may apply
• Dew-point testing onsite to provide an accurate reading. Find out what your dryers' current dew-point is and let us tell you how it can be improved to better your plant operation
• Desiccant testing is available by simply sending us a sample of your desiccant (we can provide bottles and instructions) We send your sample out for analysis of oil contamination and % adsorption capability and send you the detailed report

• Skeans can provide general compressor/dryer operation schools at your facility or ours
• Schedule a customized onsite compressor room training school that pertains to all the specific equipment you have - set up a school today!

  Because Skeans is a full generation to actuation provider, you can add 'fluid power training' and get a COMPLETE compressed air training school for your people!

With our expertise we can improve the efficiency and even lower your operational costs of your compressor, your dryer and in fact your entire air system. We are environmentally conscience and also offer disposal services for used oil and filters.

In stock or available: oil, pre and after filters, elements, oil coolers, air receivers, drain valves, belts, strainers, air/oil separators -- you need it -- we either have it or can get it in a timely manner
