ERC Series

The ERC series consists of traditional open framed air compressors designed for performance and value. Known for reliability, each compressor features sleek in-line construction, simple controls, quiet dependable operation and low maintenance costs. The ERC series is environmentally friendly as each compressor holds very little lubricant, which saves you on oil changes and disposal costs. The oil filter is cleanable and the highly efficient mechanical air/oil separation chamber delivers high quality air to the separator filter, thus it sees very little lubricant and provides up to 10,000 hours of service with a very low 1-3 ppm oil carryover.

MAXIMA

The Maxima Series leverage the superior mechanical efficiencies engineered into Mattei’s rotary vane technology to lower your operating costs, particularly when compared to typical rotary screw air compressors. Featuring quiet cabinet enclosures, electronic controllers, energy saving soft-starting AC inverter drives, premium efficiency TEFC motors, air-cooled after coolers and optional integrated refrigerated air dryers, to deliver unbeatable performance and energy savings across the entire range of variable air demands. The Mattei Maxima unit holds very little lubricant (typically less than half that of a rotary screw air compressor), which saves you on oil changes and disposal costs. QNW Rotary Screw

QUINCY NORTHWEST (QNW) G- Series Rotary Screw

G Series is a state-of-the-art, single-stage, lubricant-injected, rotary screw air compressor assembly with the Graphic Operator Access Terminal (GOAT). The GOAT is a microprocessor control designed to monitor, regulate and protect the compressor. Sensors continuously transmit temperature and pressure information to the processor. This data allows the most efficient compressor operation, annunciation of proper service intervals and alarms, and initiates shut down due to abnormal operating conditions.
