Colder’s new DrumQuik PRO is an easy-to-use product for extracting chemicals from rigid containers. The closed-system design and rugged construction meet strict safety requirements of chemical handling applications as well as the demands of harsh operating environments. The DrumQuik PRO minimizes chemical exposure and facilitates the delivery of chemicals from bulk transfer containers to end use applications. Specify the DrumQuik PRO for the following applications:

Acids, caustics and solvent delivery

Agricultural fertilizer application

Institutional cleaning

Paint and coating dispensing

Fragrance production

Edible oils and syrup transport

The coupler is made from food grade virgin polypropylene and can withstand thousands of connections. The dip-tube assembly is made from environmentally friendly material – food grade virgin polyethylene – and is suited to cost-sensitive one-way and single-use container applications, and can be disposed of or recycled along with the container.

Charity and Awareness Events:

Skeans United Way awareness day

will be October 31st

Skeans Engineering & Machinery has been involved in community and charitable donations since it's inception and has been a United Way Member since 1991. In the late 90's Skeans attained our Gold Member status with the United Way, and are proud to have donated over $145,000 to our surrounding communities and to causes like ALS, The Canadian Cancer Society, The Heart and Stoke Foundation and many many other important associations in the years we've been working with the United Way. Over 75% of our employees donate each month to the United Way through payroll deductions.

On Halloween morning we will enjoy our United Way breakfast and will be joined by a United Way Support Team member.

The United Way is a very important organization and we are proud of our staff for their unending support.

BULLET VALVE
'BV' SERIES

The NEW bullet valve™ represents an evolution in valve technology only available from MAC. The Bullet Valve utilizes 'lifting' solenoid technology. The MAC 'lifting' configuration is unique in that the valve maintains a balanced design signature feature of a MAC Valve. Shifting forces are consistently high and response times are repeatable regardless of inlet pressure fluctuations. 2-way & 3-way configurations of the "BV" cartridge (9mm & 10mm dia) are available.

Series GRME Electric Clamp offers a simple design with high clamp force and fast field maintenance. The jaws of the Series GRME lock in the closed position ensuring part retention if power is lost. Available in thirteen jaw styles and 24 jaw openings that fit a wide range of clamping applications with a compact envelope size. Series GRME size 2 generates up to 250 lb of clamp force for maximum flexibility and performance. This electric clamp has integrated the controller into the motor cover to protect the controller from physical and electrical damage. The motor has a manual operator to aid in set-up and restart after an emergency stop.
