    A Season of Giving

At SKEANS the holiday season is an opportunity to rise to the occasion to support a deserving cause and help those in need.  The "SKEANS Employee Charity Fund" will donate more than $12,000 to various charities in Western Canada including the United Way.

Recipients also include Cancer Research, BC Children’s Hospital, ALS Society, and Heart & Stroke Foundation.

This year the SKEANS tradition continues with our United Way Week of events starting November 19,  to raise awareness for charity and thank the employees and management for donating through the year, it’s a great way to recognize that together we all can make a difference by making monetary donations or donating our time in the community.

Some SKEANS employees have also been donating to Canadian Blood Services for many years now, and this year were able to donate 9 units of blood.

Thank you to those SKEANERS who help save a life & donate to those in need!
